Never been a big fan of investing money into new shiny gear because over time I can to believe that it does little to no significant improvement, but I've been putting on 20-30+ miles running every week for past few weeks in my raggedy running shoes and noticed my feet started to hurt, early signs of plantar fasciitis. I picked up the custom set of soles and the pane was gone, running became easier. If you are doing any serious rucking or running i absolutely recommend getting a pair or two, to keep you from getting unnecessary injuries. Totally worth every penny.
