Shipping policy

Order prcessing:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Store Pickup:

Orders can be picked up daily, from 11am-5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 6 miles of our shop at the Pxtra Troop Mall on Fort Gregg-Adams. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

All local delivery orders will be delivered the next day at the latest. We will make every attempt to deliver the same day as your order.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Flat Rate Shipping:

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using USPS or UPS. Flat rate shipping fees of $7 for orders shipped to a Virginia address and $10 for orders shipped in the US outside of Virginia.
